How To: GoToConnect End-User Phone Management

While on an active call, press the Conf softkey.
Dial the internal extension or external number to add to the conference.
Wait for the second party to answer, and then let them know that you would like to add them to a 3-way call.
Press Conf again.
Call Transfer
What is Warm Transfer?
Place a current call on hold and speak with the destination party before transferring the call.

How to Warm Transfer?
While on an active call, press the Tran softkey.
Dial the transfer destination (internal extension or external number).
Speak to the destination party.
Tip: To cancel a warm transfer and go back to the original call, tap the Cancel or EndCall softkey.
Press Tran again.
What is Blind Transfer?
Transfer a call to another party without speaking to them first.

How to Blind Transfer?
While on an active call, press the Tran key.
Dial the transfer destination (internal extension or external number).
Tip: To transfer a call directly to voicemail, dial 0 + extension.
Press Tran before the destination party answers.
Call Hold
What is call hold?
Place a call on hold while you take some time to look up an answer to a question or answer another call.

How to call hold?
Press the Hold softkey.
Press the Line key to retrieve the call.
Tip: If multiple calls are on hold on a single line, use the arrow keys to switch between the calls then tap the Resume softkey to retrieve the desired call. If more than two calls are on hold on a single key, an indication will appear on the display, for example “2/3” shows that this is the second call out of three calls.

How to access your voicemail:
Press the Message key.
Dial your password
Note: you can opt-in for voicemail transcriptions sent to your email.

GoToConnect App
What is the GoToConnect App
The GoToConnect App allows you to access your phone extension from your computer or mobile device. You can access features such as phone calls and voicemail access.
How do I sign in?
You can request to have your email added to GoToConnect and associated with a phone extension. Once access is granted you can sign in by following this guide:

Sign in with an email address and password
Go to https://app.goto.com or open the desktop or mobile app.
Select Sign in.
Enter your email address for GoTo and then select Next.
Note: If you are having trouble signing in, check our troubleshooting steps. Your log in email address should be your business email address that your system admin used to create your account.
Enter your account password and then select Sign in.
If prompted, verify your login.
