Cortex XDR

If you are seeing this pop-up, please complete the following steps to ensure the software is working properly:

You may see this pop-up is Cortex is not properly set up.

Cortex XDR is our anti-virus software. (We no longer use Webroot).

Click the "Open Security Preferences" option or open System Preferences and click Security & Privacy
Under the Privacy tab, click the lock button to make changes.
Head to the category "Full Disk Access".
In the list on the right, you'll want to check the items (if you see them): Cortex XDR, pmd, Traps Security Extension
