Make sure you are on the Staff Wifi network!
Take note of the IP address of the Printer.
Open System Preferences: Choose > System Preferences
Then click Printers & Scanners.
Click on the + button to add a new printer
A new window will pop up. In the “Default” tab find the printer and click on it once.
DO NOT ADD PRINTERS WITH "BONJOUR SHARED". You will be connecting to someone else's computer and sending the print job thru their laptop. If their laptop is closed or off, your print job will fail.
The Name, Location, and Use fields will populate on their own. You may rename the printer and location to your preference.
Make sure the Use field is either Secure AirPrint or AirPrint.
If you do not see the printer, enter in the IP address in the IP tab. For Protocol, use AirPrint
Let the loading wheel finish and then click on add and finish the process.
How To: Adding a Printer to Your Mac (Wired)
Make sure your printer is plugged in via USB to your computer!
Open System Preferences: Choose > System Preferences
Then click Printers & Scanners.
Click on the + button to add a new printer
A new window will pop up. The printer connected via USB should show up in the list. Select it and click Add.
When printing from Chrome, In the Print dialogue, Click "See More"

In this next dialogue choose the printer you have just added.
Select "print"
